Summary of Christian Doctrine
Good introduction to Christian theology.
Louis Berkhof (1873 – 1957) was a Reformed systematic theologian whose written works have been influential in seminaries and Bible colleges in the United States and Canada and with individual Christians in general throughout the 20th century.
Basing this work on his own full-scale Systematic Theology, Berkhof summarizes the body of church doctrine, beginning with the doctrines of Scripture and God and proceeding through statements on anthropology, Christology, soteriology, and more.
There is functionality to take notes too for each chapter. You can also send your notes via email to friends.

Good app it has a lot of useful information and a good source of literature
For all Christians looking for rich and sound theology this is a great place to start and a priceless resource! : )
Exactly what it looks like. Good, concise theology in the palm of your hand. Cheers!
I have no idea what this app is like since every time I try to use it, it crashes immediately. Please fix this.
Updated review (original post from a couple years ago is below): I used this app regularly and especially in a teaching setting. Im very sad to see there has been no update for newer iOS..it apparently is not supported and just crashes upon trying to open. PLEASE update this so it can be continued! Such an amazing app that was 4+ star.. (Original post) Ive been using this app for over a year now. I lead a small community outreach group called Theology on Tap. We meet at the local pub for brews and discuss theology, open discussion, or simply fellowship and hear about what is going on in each others lives. I use this app as curriculum. Makes for perfect weekly discussions..highly recommended. Short readings. Layout/dynamics are great. Easy for believers and sojourners to grasp. Very basic app though. No key word search and the notes area seems to be faulty at times. All in all though its a great app, and berkhof for the most part is on point
